Plate-fin oil cooler (oil cooler for short) is a new type of oil cooler heat exchanger, which has compact structure and large heat transfer power.The plate-fin oil cooler, differentiating from stainless steel oil cooler, is composed of several layers of chips welded in layers. The finning is welded between the upper and lower core plates by brazing process.The fins go oil on the side and the water on the outside of the core. The left and right flanges of the high performance oil cooler are arranged with oil inlet and outlet. Pressure blasting test is necessary to check its pressure resistance.
